Shelby County 4-H Camp 

June 2nd-5th, 2025

Lake Cumberland 4-H Camp

 

 

Please return completed camp form and $50 deposit to the Shelby County Extension Office. Camp registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Deposits will not be taken for camp until Wednesday, February 3, 2025.

*If 9 years old by camp (July 1) can go to camp as a camper*

COUNSELORS

If you are interested in applying to be a camp counselor, please complete an application and return it to the Shelby County Extension Office by March 13.

 

 

CIT APPLICATION: 

Must be at least 14 by January 1, 2025, and a Freshman or sophomore in High School. Two letters of Recommendation are required when you submit your CIT Application.  **14 year olds who are currently in the 8th grade can attend camp as a camper** 

TEEN LEADER APPLICATION: 

16 or 17 years old by camp (June 5). Two letters of Recommendation are required when you submit your Teen Leader Application. 

18-YEAR-OLD TEEN LEADER APPLICATION:

 If the applicant is 18 by June 5 (camp) and is still in High School or just graduated from High School. 18-Year-Old Teen Leaders must also complete the 4-H Volunteer application and submit it with their Teen Leader Application.  Two References are Required, please use the 4-H Volunteer reference application forms.

ADULT APPLICATION: 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have completed their first year of college (or have been out of high school for one year). Adults who wish to attend camp must also complete the 4-H Volunteer Application and submit it with their Adult Application. Two References are Required; please use the 4-H Volunteer Application Reference Forms.
