Floral Hall Entries for 4-H Project's
Entries will be taken on Monday, June 10 from 11-5 p.m. at the
Shelby County Fairgrounds in
Floral Hall
(Entries will not be taken after 5 p.m.)

Open and Youth 4-H/FFA Dairy Show, 5 p.m.
Tuesday, June 11
KDA District Dairy Show, 9 a.m.
Wednesday, June 12
Open Youth 4-H/FFA Rabbit Show, 3 p.m.
Youth 4-H/FFA Poultry Show, 5 p.m.
Friday, June 14
Youth 4-H/FFA Hog Show, 8 a.m.
Youth 4-H/FFA Sheep Show, 1:30 p.m.
Youth 4-H/FFA Goat Show, 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, June 15
Open and Youth 4-H/FFA Beef Show, 10 a.m.
Shelby County 4-H Dairy & Livestock Shows Rules & Guidelines

KDA show guidelines will be followed.

Hog, Sheep and Goat Exhibitors must show off trailers.

The parking lots around the show arena are gravel.
-
Cattle may be tied in the barn.
-
Washrack is open for use.
-
For Hog, Sheep & Goat Shows there will be market classes only.
-
Females may show as market animals without KUIP tags.
-
Animals will be weighed prior to start of show (excluding Dairy, Rabbits & Poultry).

No premiums will be given day of show.

Awards provided for class winners- Grand, Reserve Grand and Showmanship.

Beef Show Specifics:

Steer show is open.
-
Steers will be weighed prior to start of show.

Minimum of THREE head for breed classes, all others will show AOB.

All percentage breeds will show together regardless of number.

Bull and Female classes are as follows: Jr. Calf, Sr. Calf, Summer Yearling, Jr. Yearling, Sr. Yearling. NO Cow/Calf classes.
