Herd Bull Selection/Evaluation
Event Description
Breeding season is approaching. Your bull is responsible for 50% of your herd's genetics and 100% of covering your cows. Don't gamble with quality or fertility! Join us on April 20 and 21 to learn more about bull selection, evaluation and genetics. Then bring your bull to UPI, Owenton for a Breeding Soundness Exam (BSE) on Saturday, April 29.
Producers who attend both educational sessions (20th and 21st) and bring their bull to UPI on the 29th will receive a reduced rate for their bull's BSE and vaccinations. You MUST SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE
All three sessions will be held at United Producers Stockyards in Owenton. Thursday night's session will include a meal for those who pre-register
