Must be Non-Profit and Educational to use facility.

Proof of non-profit status must be submitted and kept on file with room usage contract.

If using projectors or audio/visual equipment, it is the responsibility of the group to ensure that the equipment is compatable with the facility and someone familiar with its usage is on site. Extension staff are not able to provide equipment/technical assistance beyond an AV/HDMI cable to connect with. **It is HIGHLY suggested to do a test run within 24 hours of your event/before booking with us.

Room reservation requests must be within 45 days of the request.

Extension programs take precedent over non-extension programs. Non-Extension programs scheduled in the facility are subject to cancellation if the needs of the Extension Program require the additional space. In the case of cancellation, an Extension Staff member will contact the POC to inform.

No charge to use facility, but meeting room policy must be adhered to.
